Regarding the use of preposition "without"

Sentence: "See, he is abusing me without provocation, now what you have to say ?"

My question/doubt: Is the preposition "without" correctly used in the above mentioned sentence ? or it has been used wrongly ?

Thanks

"Without" is used correctly.

You need a full stop between the statement and the question (period and capital).

The question form should be "Now what have you to say?", or "Now what do you have to say?"
"Or has it been used wrongly?"
