Regarding the use of "or" and "nor"

Hi:
In this phrase: There's nothing you nor/or anyone else can do about it.
Should I use "or" or "nor"? All rules I've found talk about a verb in the first phrase, but all I have is a subject, "I".
Could anyone tell me which one is correct and why?
Thank you.
