Regarding the use of article
Sentence: "Agree, the game was bit boring in the first half." or "Agree, the game was a bit boring in the first half."
My question: Is it necessary "grammatically" to use article "a" before the word bit or would it do without it ?

I agree/agreed rather than just agree. Grammatically , yes the article is required. You do hear people (often teenagers) say it without the article but it is far from accepted.

Razeror would it do without it ?No. There are quite a few combinations that mean "to a very small degree" that require "a" grammatically:
a bit [boring / annoying / dull / angry / moody / ...]
a little bit
a tiny bit
