Regarding the usage of "s"

Context: Confusion arisen when trying to phrase a question.

Sentence: "Anybody knows the name of the hero in this video ?"

My question/doubt: Should the word know in the above mention sentence, which is a question, have "s" at its end ? Or would the complete rephrasing of the sentence like this would be more correct : "Does anybody know the name of the hero in this video ?"

Thanks
