Regarding tense

Sentence : "I just saw your reply" or "I just see your reply."

My question: Which tense is correct in this sentence and why ? Please tell.

You would say "I just saw your reply" because it has already happened, you've already seen it. If you are looking at it right now, you can say "I see your reply" but you wouldn't say "I just see your reply."

As the action is completed recently, it is better to say "I have just seen the reply"

You would say "I just saw the reply." You can probably say it the other way, but the one I wrote sounds more correct.
