Regarding sentence syntax.

Sentence : Be patient the court will take notice of Matthew's affidavit regarding corruption.

Question: What meaning does this sentence make? Is it in correct syntax? I am confused whether it should be "take notice of" or "take into notice" in the sentence it?

Thanks

Hi, I already answered in your other thread that has a very similar post. I wouldn't say 'take into notice' is completely wrong, but it sounds odd and awkward. Clive
