Regarding at the end of a sentence

Hello. I wrote the following sentence and used "regarding" at the end to say "concerning".

Our study's findings could have practical implications for developing countries, especially Islamic countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, regarding promoting gender diversity and best corporate governance practices.

Is this use of "regarding" correct? Does it need a comma before it?

Thank you in advance.

farzan especially Islamic countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region This part should go at the end, not the part that starts with 'regarding'. Our study's findings could have practical implications for developing countries regarding promoting gender diversity and best corporate governance practices, especially for Islamic countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Consider that 'the promotion of gender equality' might be better than 'promoting gender diversity'.
