Regarding a diffrence....

Sentence: "But I do login "in a while" to see what is going on in Facebook" or "But I do login "from time to time" to see what is going on in Facebook"

My question: (a) What is a diffrence between both these sentences ? (b) Are both of them correct and similar? (c) And does the usage of words "in a while" and "from time to time" make any diffrence ?

Kind regards and thanks
