Regard My Salary

Dear sir i need to write a letter to our Project Director for Salary Increment because here in our Big Project im the Alone Quality Control Civil Engineer working alone but there is a Requirement of 4 inspector and 3 Civil QC persons but here im Alone and although there is a one letter got to our Company and it says Requirement of QC staff as per Contract,the Client is asking this and as per our Project QC Manager insisted me to ask our Regional Quality Manager regarding this and he said yes Write a letter to project Director, So i Humbaly Request you Sir to help me to Write a letter.
