Grammar

regard and respect plural or singular

A lot of people in NY city bike for a living, as a delivery guy. Biking is rewarding, stimulating and it is different everyday. It is the best job you can have in that ____.

Which word fits?
a) Regard
b) Respect

Since the speaker enumerate more than one reason, should he have said 'in those regards' or ' in those respects' or can you only say 'in that regard' and 'in that respect'?

Thanks in advance

"in those regards" is not idiomatic (at least, not to me), so that one is ruled out. I would favour "in those respects". in NY C ity different every day

I can't hear anything in the video at 4:45 that seems relevant to your question.

For me, these are the relevant idiomatic combinations that come to mind:

in that regard
in that respect
in those/these/some respects
