Hi,
I would like to receive your corrections and feedback for my letter below. I have received an offer for my new job. I would like to inform my new employer that I have sent all the required documents and ask him any more details to be sent before my vacation.

Greetings from xxxx (place). I hope all the required documents (my CV, PhD degree certificate, two recommendation letters) have reached you. As per your previous email on xxxx, you advised that I will receive an offer letter in a period of month.

I would kindly like to inform you that from xxx till xxx 2014, I will be on vacation in xxxx (place). I would like to know, if you need any further information regarding the offer letter, please let me know. I will arrange for the same before I go for vacation.
