Refuse

Hello,

1. I won't go to your party.

I have to convert the above sentence using the reporting verb "refuse".

"She refused that she would not go to my party."

Is the above correct?

2. You should go to the doctor now. (advise)

He advised me that I should go to the doctor now.

He advised me that I should go to the doctor then.

Which one is correct?
