Refusal Letter ! ! !

"Dear d_say

What is your complete mailing address, including P.O. Box No.

I sent by mail a replacement cheque of Rs. 100,000/- on November 6th to ABC Co. moonland street, p.o box 1234.

Somehow one Mr. Bee got hold of this cheque, tempered it in his favor and presented it for encashment at bona bank, moonland branch. Fortunately due to bona bank's vigilance, it was not cashed. Does this person has any association with ABC?

Regards

Qasim"

To decline/identify Mr. Bee's wrong association, should i reply him as follows...

"
Dear Aeyee,

In response to your email we would like to infom you that Mr. Bee has no association with ABC Company.

Thanks and best regards,

d_say"

Your version is correct, but you can try alternatively (a little more forceful):

"In response to your email we would like to confirm that Mr. Bee is not associated with ABC Company in any way, past or present."
