Refund letter of my down payment

I would like to ask a refund to the Masaito Developer of the unit that I avail to them because as of now they cannot turn over the unit because they process the accreditation with Pag-ibig and its almost 1 year and 6 months since I paid my down payment. And I avail the RFO unit so we can move in as soon as possible which it takes 3 to 6 months to process but we're waiting for a long time . I be able to full fill my obligations as client I paid the reservation fee, down payment and all the requirements needed for a smooth process to acquire the property . Ant that's why I ended up asking for a full refund of all that I paid. Since it's not my fault it's their team fault
