Refrain & Chorus

As far as I know both Refrain and Chorus are a part of poem or song which is repeated several times.... Is there any difference between them!? (in this aspect ofcourse)

CHORUS is basically a group of singers and dancers partipicating and commenting on actions or it is a part of song that is repeated after several intervals... where REFRAIN a regularly recurring phrase or verse especially at the end of each stanza or division of a poem or song : ; also : the musical setting of a refrain.
