reform praghraph mistakes please

I would like to share with you a new suggestion regarding adding a new section to local forums. As everyone knows there are already 3 sections in local forums: General - Help - Off Topic. Now, the idea is based to add "Press Announcements" section to be the 4th part of the forum.

This addition will make it easier for all FTs to maintain league press discipline in their own country and follow all topics that have been opened by local users from all divisions and groups. Also it allows for them to detect any violation of the forum rules that might be there in a very easy way.

At the same time, this addition will give the opportunity for all users to post their individual achievements (prizes, records, last sales etc..) and to get a wide participation in their own threads by other members from the whole divisions, instead of using the General Forum for that purpose. As everyone knows that league press completely deserted in some countries and topics which has been made by local members don't receive any posts there, that might causing start to feel bored in their current league, and therefore it would be a cause to leave this game.
