Hi, everyone

I've got a question about RP :

I even make a little map to help me/ myself get from place to place more quickly.

Which is accepted grammatically , me or myself ?

Can you be a little more specific ?

I can't understand why 'myself' is not used in this sentence .

to help me/myself get from place to place more quickly is an infinitive phrase. And interestingly, in this sentence, it could function as either an adjective or an adverb.
