I would say, not exactly. I recommend that you don't write your opinion of how good or bad the video was, certainly not the way a film critic might approach it. Rather, write your own personal reflections on the content of the video. In other words write the thoughts that the video stimulated you to think. For example, what was the moral of the story in the video? Work from that more general thought to what thoughts you had personally when you began to think about the situations portrayed in the video.
