i'm supposed to write a reflection (essay or paper) for a university application on this picture


could anyone tell me what reflection essays and papers are and how to go about writing them

Last year, I think it was a picture of a park bench.

A reflection essay is an essay that tells what you did and learned the whole entire time in class. To the beginning to the end. You start from day one to the last thing you learned in class. It has to bein the APA format and double-spaced. It has to be ten pages long. Thats the only thing i know about a reflection essay.
