Reflect myself? look back to my wrongdoings?

How would you say in this situation.

You did something wrong.(something that is not acceptable in the society. It can be a jaywalk, not doing homehowk, drinking too much, cheating your spouse, theiving and so on.) And you feel sorry for that. You don't want to do that again.

After thinking about it, you may say to yourself or to other people.

Do you say something like:

I reflect myslef.

I look back my wrongdoings.

I am sorry for my bad deeds/behaviour/language etc.
