refining english structure and grammar check

Somebody please provide me with another help. Help to restructure into a better sentence and check if there is any gramatically error. Thanks


1)After selecting the .swf file that you wanted from the bottom left box, a preview screen will shown up in the middle the program, previewing the contents of the specific .swf file which that has been selected.


2)Once the confirmed file has been selected, the final step is to proceed and press the “Export FLA” button and save into your hard drive location which you preferred.

Dear Vincent, Here is my suggestion. swf file in the bottom left box, a preview screen will display the contents of the file you have chosen. 2) Once you have confirmed your choice of file, click on the "Export FLA" button and browse to the location to which you want to save the file.
