Refill

- I went to a supermarker last night and saw these two items:

1. Super Sparkle dish soap refill (liquid, 750 ml)
2. Butter spread.

- I really don't understand the meaning of "dish soap refill" and "butter spread" in this context. Could you please tell me their meanings?

Thank you very much, Teachers

Sometimes you buy soap in a fancy dispenser. You pay for the soap, and for the dispenser. When it is empty, you don't want to pay for the dispenser again, only the soap.
