Hi! everyone.Could you tell me what is the difference between these? Are these same in meaning?
Scenario-:I am talking to my friend.
I am referring to a man who...
I refer to a man who...
I refer you to a man....
I am making reference to a man who....
I am giving a reference of a man who....
