As Clive says, it might be redundant. But it also might not; for example, I think that it woud be all right in

The show will take place at the Main Theatre. The venue location is 1 Main Street.

Am I right? Or should it be The location of the venue is...? I don't really know when two nouns can be placed in apposition and when not.
