Reduction Ratio or Decrease Ratio?

My Korean-English dictionary gives me 'reduction ratio' when I query a Korean word indicating 'ratio in decrease'.

If an accuracy is dropped from 100% to 70%, it has lost 30%.

Then can I say 'the reduction ratio is 30%' or 'the decrease ratio is 30%?'
