reducing relative clauses

Hi teachers,I would appreciate your help with theses questions: 1-Could relative clauses be reduced in this way?
"I have a friend who teaches English." ...."I have a friend  teaching English."
"Two of the terrorists who shot the president have been caught."..."Two of the terrorists having shot the president have been caught."
"The man who invented camera has won an award."..."The man having invented camera has won an award."
2- which of these forms in participle clause are correct?
"Having passed / Passing his driving test,Gary became rather big-headed."
"Having put / Putting down my newspaper, I walked over to the window."
