Reduced to a skelton

Hi

Are these sentences natural in spoken and written English? Any suggestions please?

  1. When I saw him two years later, he had reduced to a skeleton.
  2. What's wrong with you! You are literally reducing to a skeleton.
  3. Reduced to a skeleton, he returned home three years later.

Thanks,

Tom
