Reduced participial phrases

In an assignment to practice reducing adjective clauses to participial phrases with the following sentence:

? A man who had been hit by a speeding taxi was lying in the street.

I came up with the following examples. Please help me find out whether they are correct or not.

1. A man hit by a speeding taxi was lying in the street.
2. A man, having been hit by a speeding taxi, was lying in the street.
3. Having been hit by a speeding taxi, a man was lying in the street.
