What about this sentence.
The girl, being looked at by him, is terrible.

JumanahWhat about this sentence. The girl, being looked at by him, is terrible.
Without commas it would be grammatically feasible, but for various reasons it would still not be a pleasing sentence. "being looked at by him" is inherently awkward, and "terrible" somehow seems an odd or vague choice of adjective here. Why is she "terrible"? "Terrible" in what way?

I look at him.
The boy, being looked at by me, is amazing.
Is it more natural?

You have changed nothing of much significance.

In this sentence pattern, the middle part should be an explanation of the last part. For example, "The woman, being deaf, could not understand what was happening". There is no plausible way in which you looking at him explains why he is amazing.

In addition, "being looked at by me" is inherently awkward.

But it can be like that.
"The field, being interested in by her, is complex"

No.

For a start, "being interested in by her" is not possible.
