Reduced adverbial clauses

Hi there,

I wonder whether all b's and c's in each group are correct in terms of grammar:

I. (a, original) Although it was cheap, the bike was in good condition.
(b) Although being cheap, the bike was in good condition.
(c) Although cheap, the bike was in good condition.
II. (a, original) As I wasn't interested in the topic, I left the lecture before the end.
(b) Not being interested in the topic, I left the lecture before the end.
(c) Not interested in the topic, I left the lecture before the end.

Thanks for your comments in advance.

CJ, would you please elaborate on why?
What makes 1b stand out in a wrong way compared to 2b?

"although -ing + adjective," isn't a correct combination. I don't know what more I can say by way of explanation.
