Hello there
Is it possible to reduce an adjective clause when there is an adjective after the To Be verb? Can it be done for all sort of adjectives?
I have seen the following example but can’t be sure about it. Would you describe it?
This is the only way possible.
Can you do me a favour and give me a reference to read from?
What's an adjective clause? Do you mean a relative clause? From what I think you're asking (and that's not clear as you have provided no example), I don't think that it can be done.

The table which is larger will not fit through the door.
reduces to
The table larger will not fit through the door.
and that's ungrammatical.
