Reduce time clauses...

Hi,
How can I rewrite this sentence with using reduced time clauses?
After I've been in an argument, I need to be by myself for an hour or two.
Which one of is correct for that?
1)After being in an argument, ...
2)After having been in an argument, ...

What about this one:
After he has annoyed everybody, he went home.
Should it be:

Thanks.
