Redeye

There is another program on Fox News, called Redeye. I find its many connotations in my dictionary, and I'm not sure which one fits best. Besides, does the title imply anything unique? Thanks.

Hi Angliholic I assume it's called "Red Eye" because the show is aired in the middle of the night. At 3:00 in the morning most people would be sleeping, so if you're watching TV at that time, you might possibly have red, blood-shot eyes from lack of sleep.

It's on in the middle of the night here -- although it's entirely possible that it is replayed later on in the day, too..

Hi, dear Yankee,

Formosa is home to me, and I think our time difference is about 12 hours.

Good noon!

Best regards,
