Recurring Dates

How should recurring dates be stated in writing or on a cover page? Assume one has an appointment every Wednesday at 3:00 PM. How do I concisely state this recurrence on a cover page? For instance, should the appointment be stated "3:00PM - Fridays" or something along these lines? Thanks in advance for the help!
