RECTIFY MY LEAVE APPLICATION LETTER
Sir/Maam :
I,Julius Cam, apprentice, hereby seek leave from 11/02/2008-15/02/2008 for personal reasons.
Kindly grant me leave for five days (11/02/2008-15/02/2008). The reason is to takecare my mother.She is now in the hospital because of serious conditioned(mayoma operation).
