Recreational facilities

Please read the following sentence,

"Recreational facilities include a glass-enclosed rooftop health centre with indoor pool, separate tennis and squash courts and a garden, ideal for jogging."

1. Are the indoor pool, tennis court, squash court and the garden all on the roof and glass-enclosed?

2. I think there should be "a" infront of "indoor pool".

3. What is "separate tennis and squash courts"? Are they two different courts? Are they next to each other? Maybe "separate" is a redundant.

4. Is the above sentence perfect? Thanks for your opinion.

If there were only one facility(correct use?) on the rooftop and enclosed in glass, how would you organise your sentence?

If all but one facility are on the rooftop and enclosed in glass, how would you write the sentence? Thanks.
