Recover from a bad cold

Please check out the following paragraph.

Yesterday afternoon, while I was taking exercise in the playground, the weather changes from minute to minute. I was bathed in sweat and out of puff. The wind blew over and the temperature sharply dropped down to 10° C. I didn’t wear enough clothes, so I caught a cold and felt under the weather. After I came back home, I was sick and got a fever. So my mom took me to see a doctor. At the clinic, the doctor carefully took my body temperature and blood pressure, examined my heartbeat and breath, and checked my throat. He patiently made a diagnosis and gave treatment to me. After that, the doctor prescribed three days’ rest for me and demanded me to take medicine on time. Therefore, I took a three-day sick leave at home. After a three-day rest, I gradually recovered from a bad cold.
