Thanks YL. We need more context. If I'm writing a web page recommending a book , then the title of the web page could be 'Book Recommendation', on which there's only one book recommended.
If I'm writing a web page recommending some (more than one) books, then I can name the title of the web page 'Book Recommendations'.
