Mr Ivan Kyurkchiyski worked for “Planning” EOOD from April 2006 to November 2015. From the time he was hired to November 2007 he worked as a draughtsman, after that he was hired as an architect and worked for “Planning” EOOD as such for 7 years. For the last three and a half years he was a lead architect. During his working for “Planning” EOOD Mr Kyurkchiyski worked on various architectural projects and coordinated them with the accompanying engineering project parts. Furthermore he was responsible for the BIM department of “Planning” EOOD, as well as for the developing and managing of the organisation and quality standard of the company.

As a lead architect Mr Kyurkchiyski’s duties and responsibilities were to organize the design workflow, to oversees and control the production of the architectural and engineering teams, to arrange meetings with investors, contractors and suppliers.

As a BIM team leader Mr Kyurkchiyski was responsible for developing of BIM standard and its implementing in the workflow of the company, as well as for selecting and training of employees that would become part of the BIM department.

For the time Mr Kyurkchiyski worked for “Planning” EOOD he presented himself as a highly qualified designer, thoroughly developing the tasks he was given, approaching them with sense of deep detailing, devotions and professionalism.

Considering the information above I believe that Mr Ivan Kyurkchiyski is a perfect choice for an architect with leading responsibilities.
