Could you proofread this recommendation letter that I wrote for my colleague? I will be very thankful.

My name is Mr. A s/o Mr. B and I am proud to offer my recommendation of Mr. X s/o Mr. Y whom I have personally known for 9 years as my colleague.
During the time I have spent with him, I have seen in him an individual who is diligent, punctual and fully dedicated to his work. His behaviour has always been respectful to his colleagues. Mr. Y presents himself with levelheadedness and grace.
