Recommendation Letter???

can anybody check out my letter and tell me if it is right?

I have a request for you. The University of Moscow in which I would like to study, needs two recommendation letters from me.
I wanted to ask you whether you could help me in this case by giving me such a recommendation letter?
There is a template providen of the recommendation letter, so that you or one of your office workers would have just to fill it and send it back to me. Obviously I'm ready to pay for this if it should be nessecary!
I would be very glad about a positive answer from you because I know that a positive recommendation letter from the UB would help me alot through the aplication process at the University of Moscow.
