Recommend phrasal verb resources.

Please recommend any good resources for learning English phrasal verbs, online or offline books.
The method that works best for me is to learn by heart entire sentences which use phrasal verbs.

I really have no specific recommendation. Googling 'phrasal verbs' will get you a plethora of websites, and a trip to your local ESL bookstore should produce many workbooks on this topic. Choosing one that is organized by themes rather than alphabetically may help you remember better.

I have written a phrasal verb tutorial on my website (see my profile).

I would try and learn them with as much context as possible as they can be quite subtle in their meaning. Also it is a good idea to learn them as you come across them, just like any other new vocabulary.
