recommend me to/recommend me doing?

Is it correct to say: 'What would you recommend me to cook with?'
If not, how about 'What would you recommend me cooking with?

^ Those may be used in some regions, but the only grammatical pattern with "recommend" that I use and that I hear is "recommend that": What would you recommend that I cook with? The same is true for "suggest". CJ
