Recomend that he not go

Given that “I recommended that he go” is correct and common at least in AmE... (Just like "I recommended going or not going")

Which one sounds correct no a native ear or is used more frequently.

a) I recommended that he not go.

b) I recommended that he doesn't go.

c) I recommended that he don't go.


Are the other options heard at all?
