Recognizing and Identifying sentences

Hello I need help identifying appositives, participial clauses, relative clauses and noun clauses.
Below are examples I have created about a choosen subject and have labled each sentence with one of the above. I was just wondering if it was correct.

Appositive-Jerry Springer, the king of “trash talk,” confronts only the most shocking topics on his show.

Participial Clause-Oprah Winfrey, once also a follower of the trash TV format, has since reformed her long-running, popular talk show.

Relative Clause- Young adults, 18 -21 years old, whose main troubles in life involve love, relationship, sex, pregnancy, money, peers and influence.

Noun Clause-Jerry, always one to find a lesson in the midst of his raunchiness, ends each show with a “final word.” that hopefully leaves his audience with a valuable lesson that they can learn from.

Thank you very much
