Recognition of sentences

Hi there

Can someone help, please?

Some of the following are sentences. Which ones are the sentences?

  1. Running and jumping.

  2. This is no way to do it.

  3. I'll be there.

  4. On and on they came.

  5. Those big, juicy pears.

  6. Away on yonder hill.

  7. In rushed Jimmy.

  8. As he walked down the street.
Based on subject verb agreement, I believe the answers are: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8

Not sure about 5.
