Recline the your seat back as far as it will go.

Some airplanes have seats (first class) that can be reclined flat and used for sleeping. Some vans also have back seats that are fully reclining. A recliner is a chair that reclines, but not to the horizontal position.

I know some baby carriages have the seats that can be reclined flat so that the baby can sleep.
