Thank you Clive. I looked up on dictionary before posting my question.

Under section of social development was this question "Does your child demonstrate reciprocity?" . I'm not sure if this question means "Does your child has interest in playing with other kids?" or not?

Not really. It means
Does your child co-operate with others?
Does your child treat other children the way he or she herself wants to be treated?
Can your child give and take equally well?
