Anyone applying for a driver's license for the first time must do the following:
Make an appointment for the skills test and the driving test. On the day of test, bring your driver's permit. Bring the vehicle you are going to drive for the driving test. Present vehicle registration and insurance on the car you will drive for the driving test. Present documents that verify your identity (see list below). Complete and sign the application form. Give us permission to take your photograph and scan your fingerprints. Pass the written, driving, and vision tests. Pay the driver's license fee. You will need to bring two forms of identification: one from each list (List A and List B), or two from List B.
