Can I say,

(a) Last Sunday morning, during recess I went to the library.

(b) Last Sunday morning, during recess, I went to the library.

(c) During (the / -) recess time, / At the recess time, I went to the library.

The text before the comma is all one thought and one time, Vincent-- another comma would slow the reader and make 'during recess' less important than 'last Sunday morning'.
